Perhaps you have recently been given a diagnosis or discovered that you have a disability/have become disabled and you need help coming to terms with this and navigating your future. I can help you understand and process your emotions and we will agree what outcomes you would like to work towards.
For those of you who have themselves received, or are supporting someone with, a life-limiting or palliative diagnosis I can support you to prepare for what is ahead. As someone who has been a carer themselves, I understand the challenges that this experience can bring, as well as the rewards. It is vital you seek support for yourself when you are supporting others.
Palliative care is when someone is offered treatment to relieve the symptoms they are experiencing, but not to cure their condition- it is a recognised medical pathway to help someone die well. If you need support to understand what this means for you, get in touch.
Maybe you have concerns about your health generally, or have anxiety due to imminent treatment or surgery. If this is affecting you, request a free consultation.
